J2ME SMS Permission

i have a simple application that send sms.

i downloaded it using my k610i Sony Ericsson.
I send sms using that simple application, default it ask me permission to allow messaging EACH time.

So i exit application, and select application, -> More -> Permissions -> Messaging -> Never Ask (there are No, Always Ask, Ask Once, Never Ask)

after that, i run application and send sms. It works fine withouth popup asking me for permission anymore.

But when i run that application in Motorola V3 phone and Nokia model phone, There is no option for "Never Ask".
The only available option for Motorola V3 and Nokia are "Always Ask", "Not allow sms/Access Denied"......

So how can i solve this problem?

Is it phone security wise, so different phone brands have their own predefined setting ?
If so, i can't do anything to skip the popup permission question each time i send sms then.

Is there any other better alternative to solve it ?

Most cellphones force you to say yes or no at least once, there is no work around.

The only way you should be able to miss that window is by signing you application using the apropiate certificate for the cellphone you are building the app.

You can use Tawte, VeriSign or another certificate, but you must pay for it and just one of them won't work on all cellphones.
