can anybody tell me how can i send colored picture SMS like i have 24-bt bmp i want to send it on my mobile.

i have sent SMS with picture but it is only grey level image.i use OTA for it,

i want to send picuter from my PC to any mobile(using my mobile which is connect through data cable with my PC.)
you can say it phone to phone.
i am developing ownself software which will perform that kind of operations.

please reply me soon how can i do that.
