my cookies are invalid and i can't get to my online banking

When I try to go to my online banking, I can't access it. A NOTE appears that reads "cookies are invalid or disabled".I checked and cookies are abled, but I can't find a answer for what being invalid means. Can you help?

Delete the history on your browser. This will delete any cookies. Then retry your URL.
