Virtual PBX software

Hello

Does anyone know something about PBX virtual software for windows xp ???

I saw a company that is using a single computer with 2 modems as PBX machine (line1 and line2)

able to transfer a call between the 2 lines, able to make a conference call ....


Any idea about a hardware requirement ????
