how to see the file properly

i have a zip file when i open it it cotain some i think xls files .

when i click to open the file it look like this pictured (just click to dowload the picture)

here i canot undrstand what acutally the application is .i think this must be look like some table but i am not getting it.

Now, how to open this type of application it properly so see the detial.
i am also attaching a zip file containing these files so give you proper view

It looks like from your screen shot you are trying to open xml files. You can open those with any code editor or Notepad

even it i open it in note pad or other its look too strange we are unable to understan what the document is all about.

is it always the same , well think it must look like some sort of table or some must undrstand able form

Unfortunately i am unable to download it here at work, when i get home i will be able to and i will let you know how i am able to get it open.

i have very little knowledge about xml files but well what i am thinking is that not much sure is that we may have to use some template to format the document.

and with the help of this template the document is formated and we can view it in some understandable format.i am not sure about this just what i thinking but did not know how to implement it.

currently its just looks like just as progamming in some what simialar to html codes/tags.so i cannot understand it prpperly.
