pivot table totals at top of table instead of the bottom

I have a question which I can't seem to get answered from the technical support tools. I would like to move the totals row on my pivot tables to the top of the pivot table instead of the bottom. It seems the format structure to set to always put row totals at the bottom of the sheet. Can anyone walk help me?

I think you better post this question in the appropriate forum. The cafe is for things that aren't IT/programming related, so you won't get answers here, certainly not when you don't give any clue about what program(-ming language) this is about.
