Printing problems from Oracle

P: 4
When the user prints to a specific printer from Oracle, it defaults to the paper tray with 11 X 17 paper instead of going to the tray wit 8 X 11. When printing to another identical printer it goes to the correct tray. Any suggestions?

Not to be overly simplistic, but I would just print to the printer that it works fine on.

But, If 11x17 is the default tray, why not change it in the printer setup?

(of course you could just use pdfcreator and skip printing all together. :-) ).

You're absolutely correct Jeff, but unfortunately, we are at the service of the users here and don't have the luxury of doing things any other way but how they feel they need it done. The printer is setup to automatically select the appropriate tray for the paper size, as it does from every other program she prints from except Oracle. I don't know Oracle very well (neither does our team), so I was wondering if it has it's own print service where there could be settings causing this.
