I am a new to this forum, I tried to post my question in .net forum but it not excepting question. Can anyone guide me like how and when I can post my question in that Forum(.net).

It is possible that you are trying to post your question in the .NET Archive which you can't. However, you shouldn't have any problem posting in the sites .NET Forum.
