Hi my second hard drive, it wasn't there how do i troubleshoot this problem
Well, first, what OS are you operating on? (ie: windows, linux, etc)
Have you checked the cable to ensure its connected? Is the power connected to it? For that fact, is it still physically in the machine? (sorry, had to ask). Has it ever worked? Did you have it setup before?

Please provide whatever information you can.

Regards,

Jeff

check your PSU..it might not be supplying the correct voltage and current outputs.

Initially when i looked at the subject.... i was about to reply - "Choose good friends mate"
But then as you explained more abt the "missing" hard drive..it came to more sense..

Well...for starters... since it is your secondry storage...have you set it to slave?
