On line games.

I enjoy playing on line games. I can not play nor download any games. A statement pops up telling me I need to contact Systen Administrator. Am I communicating in the right place?

well, if your system in anyway shape or form, linked so a word called "domain controller" ???
because, your global admin has the right to block any thing you do on the computer...

if the computer is NOT PERSONALLY your's, it is normal that this problem will appear..
if it IS your's and you can't install etc... sorry to tell you this but the only thing i can think of is "you got hacked" (i mean sometype of "thing" from the net is floating on your compter)

please answer my above listed Q's and I will get back to you,

That is true but also if the computer is yours, your account could be limited and the admin of the computer (if not you) has blocked access to such things.
