freeing up some cache space

Hi.
Hope you can help me to free up some space in my cache memory. i cant download anime episodes because my cache space is full.
could you guys help me out.?

tools->delete browsing history, click delete all

firfox2
tools->Clear Private Data, select all the checkboxes, click clear now
