Explorer problem..

I would like to say thanks for giving this facility to solve my queries ....

My Problem is an "Explorer problem..."..

I have been using a private network here..it is broadband connection ..when ever i want to open my explorer it was not connecting ...if i enable the Proxy(1.0) then only it is connecting ..untill then it was not connected...
My computer is having Windows XP ,with P4 processor ,256 MB RAM, and am having a Trend Micro System Anty virus which is deafault anty virus provided by our private ISP.

could u tell me the reason why i was unable to open my explorer...

Please re-post in the Windows Forum and confirm that you mean Internet Explorer. "Explorer" is your desktop shell. Also tell us if you are using IE7 or some older version. Thank you.
