DIV Anyone?

Hi, I'm a bit of a myspace fan and for awhile have been using DIVs but I've become bored with the same old cheesey DIVs that I've found.
I really want to make a DIV for myself. I have already tried the generators, but they can only do so much.
I thought it would be easy to do one myself, I dont even know if this is a good place to ask about DIVs but if there is anyone out there that can help me with how to make one I'd really appreciate it.
Here is a link of how I would like my DIV to be set out so you have an idea of what I'm thinking of: layout idea..
Thanks.
