How to run a name chart

2
Hi,

here is a game, in this game we will pick up 2 Female and 2 Male out of total 20 females and 20 males to play a game, and each person have chance to play 10 games with different partners without repeating in every individual game. There is no elimination in the game, so everyone can play the games just has to be with different partners.

Can you help us to make a name chart to show the different combinations?

Thank you so much!

Are the teams one man one woman? Or both men or both women.

One easy solution involves having one of the same opponents over and over.

Let men be M1, M2, M3, M4, .... , M20
Women be W1, W2, ....

M1W1 vs M11W11
M2W2 vs M12W12
M3W3 vs M13W13
...
M10W10 vs M20W20

Then have all the men move up one table: eg ->
M2W1 vs M12W11
M3W2 vs M13W12
M4W3 vs M14W13
...
M11W10 vs M1W20

M3W1 vs M13W11
M4W2 vs M14W12
M5W3 vs M15W13
...
M12W10 vs M2W20

*edit* ahh, I see it's not a new thread, just a new post in an old thread
