Access to STRSQL

I just started in a new shop and when I enter STRSQL I get the following message:

Command STRSQL not valid for current release

Cause . . . . . : The command STRSQL in library *LIBL can not be run on the
current system. The command is valid only for compiling CL programs for
previous release level V5R2M0.

Can someone help me out on this??
