Crystal reports sorting on 3 different fields by a parameter.

1
Hi my name is Renata and I mainly work on Crystal reports and Access data reports. I have a question. I am trying to create a group on a percentage formula and sort in descending order. I actually need to have 3 different choices of sort: Name ascending, %1 descending and %2 desending. Right now I have it sorted on Name ascending but when I try to add another sort or group it doesn't display %1 or %2 in the sellection. %1 and %2 formula - current reps ,Name - prior rep,Name / prior reps,Name *100. Does anybody know why I can not see these two % formulas? I want to use a parameter with a sellection of Name (A), %1 (D) and %2 (D).
thank you for your time

Hi and welcome to TSDN. Hope you'll have a great time here. I'll have to move this to the access forum where the experts there can see it.

Your post title would indicate that this question concerns Crystal Reports; if this is true you've been redirected to the wrong forum, as we deal exclusively with MS Access here.

I wasn't sure about moving this here too. Should I put in in the Miscellanious discussions then?

That would be the most appropriate palce on this site. You might also try some Crystal Reports specific sites, such as here:
