I am currently looking for a company that provides managed dedicated hosting.
Could anyone kindly suggest me the names of some of the best ones in the industry?
I never used them, but when I was looking for a dedicated server, RackSpace's name kept coming up. I called them up, and I was very impressed by what the salesman had to say. In the end, I ended up going with A-Plus, though.
Now, I only host my sites through A-Plus. I don't know much about their support staff, though, because I never have to call them :)

Rackspace is pretty costly i guess. Will surely keep A-Plus as an option.
