parsing a site

there is any softwer that gather data of items form other site.

That type of activity is typically frowned upon (known as page-jacking). But if it's for offline browsing and other personal use, there are tools available. Keep in mind though they are often blacklisted by server admins as being "bad bots" and will be denied a connection to the host.

For GNU Linux systems and the other unix derivatives, "wget" is the free tool that creates a local cloned page. For Windows, there is a program named "Teleport Pro" that will clone a site for offline browsing.
