"Programming Paradigms" vs. "Programming Technology"

I have a confusion to understand the two basic terms .... programming paradigms and programming technology.
I need the technical differences.

I would say that a "programming paradigm" is "how it is done". Two good examples would be proceedural, in which a problem is solved in a very step-wise manner and Object-Oreinted where the problem is viewed from the perspective of what relationships can be defined in the problem space.
"programming technology" would be the tools that are used to cary out the task of producing (implementing) a software solution to a problem.
There is a relationship between the two because your tools need to fit the paradigm that you choose to use.
