Wouldn't that be a site whose pages are only available to members who have paid some fee?

I searched pay to surf but got nothing and then i searched surf and get pay( paid) i found a list of sites

one i liked was http://www.cash81.com/earn-while-surfing-internet.html

so see if you were lokking for a page like this
