A good program like Blitz3d

i got the book programming for teens and did all the tutorials in it and found it to be the easiest program i have ever found. i dont really have any programming experience and i dont have any money!! so i need a program thats awesome just like blitz 3d but it also needs to be free to download and use for the future on Windows. if i am not consise ask some questions and i will explain this all a little bit more!! plus i am hoping whatever it is isnt too big to download thank u!!
