Erase shortcut key

Hy everyone,
I wonder how I can erase a shortcut from a removed software? Had pc doctor for windows xp with shortcut key strg+alt+q. now with a german keyboard this shortcut is used for the "at sign". i deleted the programm and then i wanted to delete the shortcut key, but it won´t let me. Any tips on how I can erase this shortcut key? thanks for the help
