link

Hi there,

I'm using windows xp pro, I think my windows xp is corrupted. i'm trying to add a local printer but there error says "cannot add printer..unable to spool printing..." somthing like that..I already new admin account. No restoration point because the system restore was disabled.

Is there any other way than reformatting or reinstalling win xp? I don't think its about virus.

Thanks.

Have you tried downloading and reinstalling printer drivers from your manufacturer's website? Sometimes you will need to uninstall the previous drivers before doing so.
