does onyone have a problem with this program ? their service is not existant !!
my issue is with the program that will scan a given page letter perfect and the next , different page will have characters replacing letters in the top paragraphs and the bottom section is fine ..I'm using windows XP and a HP 1210 scanner.
I have tried changing settings as well as trying to find some answers in the HELP , that's a joke ! so an answer in plain english would be great , thanks
