Application needed

This is my first post on this site. It is a bit different from other forums I am a member of. All of them have an "Off topic" section. Anyway, here goes my question.
I have worked at my present job more than half my life. One thing that has bothered me all that time (26+yrs) is keeping up with my work schedule. I know that if I had an app that would clearly show my days off work, many others if not all my fellow workers would love it. There are over 8 hundred thousand of us and any given time.
I hate how it works but it is what it is so a yearly calendar would help us all. I will do my best to explain how it works. Throw out all reasonable thinking because who ever made this up must have been crazy.
My work week begins on Saturday. That is very important in the formula. Sunday is a 'NONE' day. It does not exist. Let’s start with Monday to illustrate the first work week. Monday is the None scheduled (N/S) day. The following week Tuesday will be the None scheduled day. The following week Wednesday will be the None scheduled day, and so on until you get to Saturday. Remember Saturday is the beginning of my work week so when my none scheduled day falls on Friday, the next day will be my none scheduled day off for the following week (that Saturday). So it looks like I have Friday and Saturday off but in reality I will only have one day for each week. The next scheduled day off will be the Monday of the next week. I know, it sounds like one of those paragraph math problems we had in grade school. It is simple but complicated to keep up with when you try to think ahead what your next day off will be. In simple terms, I am on a rotating work schedule that does not include Sunday.
The reason for this rotating schedule is because you have five people that will have one day off per week and one person that covers each of those peoples day off. Each of these people has a letter (A-F) and color representing their days off. Green representing Paydays every other Friday (the 20 of this October was the last one) Yellow for Federal holidays. There are many possibilities of add-ons like being able to personally color coding vacation time, and other acronyms like SL, AL, and so on. Even short notations like, doc appt or someone birthday. Very cool stuff would be to be able to put on your desktop (1 wk-1 month to 1 year) and maybe even more detailed hover notations.
This would be something I would buy and I’m sure others would to. Maybe even the company or the union would be interested. How do I find someone that can code this?
Thanks, Hosea
