Returning multiple columns...?

Hi!

I was just wondering if it was possible, in SQL, for a CASE expression to return multiple columns (a row)...? I know you can't do in this in a SELECT caluse, but is there anywhere else you CAN do it in?

Say,

CASE when x=3 then VALUES(x+3,4) else VALUES(x+1, 2) end
