Point Database to test server

Hi,
I have created a test database on the production server. But I want to point that test database to the test server.
I am using SQL Server 2000.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Do you mean you have a "Test Server" that you want to put the "Test Database" that is on the "Production Server" on?

Sorry, still not clear on what you want to do.

You have a sever called "Test_Server" and on "Test_Server" you have a database called "dbtest". By "point" do you mean you want to move or copy "dbTest" to another location?

If so, then do you want the database and data or are you just wanting to be able to setup the database at another location?

I did not know you could set up a database or personnal web site at Hotmail. I don't think I can help you with this one, someone else will have to take it from here since I don't use Hotmail.

I just gave you an example of hotmail, actually it is our company site
ex: www.test.com:2424 \hsf
here test would be our company name and 2445 can be any number
