Search engines and domain names

is it true that if i acquire a used domain which has just expired, that it would still have links and be registered in search engines? :rolleyes:

If the links still exists, then eventually you will benefit from them. This makes some expired domains really valuable.

Best bet would be to register it and have a web-page put up immediately.

yes, as far as i know, that`s the case. there are some interesting deleted domains and expired domains to be had at www.domainannounce.com
