proxy traffic detection and blocking script

Hi guys,

I'm planning to open an autosurf with US, Canada, and UK members only. I already have the system so that only members from these countries can signup and surf.

What i need is a script that can detect and block proxy traffic to prevent cheaters.

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated

Thanks,
Jay
