Transferring data from iPhone back to iMac

Hi. My Mac's hard drive recently crashed and everything is wiped out. I have a new hard disk now.
My question is: How do I transfer data from my iPhone... back to my Mac? I would like to transfer data from my iCal, iTunes, iPhotos, SMS and contacts.
Would appreciate some advice. It's been a very frustrating experience. I don't want to screw up and end up deleting all my data from my iPhone instead.

Log-in in to your iTunes account on your new Mac and then sync as normal. You'll be asked if you want to copy stuff from your iPhone to Mac (which you probably want to do) and then you should be able to continue as normal. Remember to authorize your new Mac with your iTunes account as well.

when you sync a phone to a new computer, it won't erase your contacts, calendar, settings, etc unless you check the box in itunes to do so.

The first sync will ASK you if you wish to merge your iPhone calendars and address book with your Mac's data.
Also, before you actually sync, you can use the "File" --> "Transfer purchases from christine's iPhone" command to transfer all your apps and purchased music into iTunes. You will need to activate the iTunes account on the computer (use the "Store" menu) before you can do so, though.
Besides there is a step by step instruction on how to transfer or backup all iPhone datas to iMac.
Hope it can do you a favor.

You can try like this to transfer data from iPhone to iMac:
Step 1: Log-in in to your iTunes account on your new Mac and then sync as normal.
Step 2: Continue as normal when you are asked if you want to copy stuff from your iPhone to Mac.
Step 3: Authorize your new Mac with your iTunes account.

If you want to transfer or backup data to pc or Mac computer, you can use direct data transfer tool, itunes doesn’t allow us to transfer the data directly, so when we want to backup or transfer these pics to pc, it can be a little bit complicated.
I think a data transfer or backup tool can help a lot. Transfer contacts from iphone to Mac.
