Recovery solaris system after mount libc.so.1

1. i umount libc.so.1 from solaris10:
#umount /lib/libc.so.1

2. copy /usr/lib/libc/libc_hwcap2.so.1 from solaris11 to solaris10:~/Downloads

3. #mount -O -F lofs ~/Downloads/libc_hwcap2.so.1 /lib/libc.so.1

then, most commands reply "Bad System Call".
how can i recovery system?
