We are calling a web URL from shell script. The web URL component updated the ssl certification. We need to update the similar ssl certification in Linux server also. Please suggest how to update it

Please tell me if this is accurate:

1) You were using a script to access a website that used an SSL cert to secure communication.
2) The site changed its certificate.
3) Now your script/system is receiving an error around the SSL certificate
4) You would like to continue accessing the site via script, and are looking for what can be modified on your end to continue doing this.

Correct?

Yes. You are correct. I will post the error message in some time.
