Hello friends,
we copy a file from one folder to another folder with cp command. When we want to copy a file to /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ it asks for password. What my intention is how to copy a file to /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ without asking authentication or password.

So,please help me with command.
