I messed up my Linux with installing-configuring packages with some wrong setups and now most of the softwares ain't installing some are installed twice in multiple places infact its all messed up with application.

now what i want to do is to completely uninstall [clean] all the stuff installed on it, is there a quick way of doing it? i just want a linux with nothing installed on it. so i could safely start installing clean softwares one by one.

Well, you could clean each package (you didn't mention your distro, so I'll use mine - debian linux - as an example) by running apt-get remove <packagename>, but that could be time consuming and annoying (and the process will depend on the exact flavor of linux that you are using).

You could re-install from scratch, this will probably take the same amount of time, but require less work on your end.

Yes you can use the manual partition option , and then choose to remove all linux partitions, and then you can start from scratch
