Using "prefix" option while Installing RPM package through GUI

I can supply "prefix" option while installing my rpm package by command line.
But through GUI when I double click on rpm package it gets directly installed into /usr/local directory. I want to change this default directory while installing through GUI mode..
Any Idea?
