Auto Shutdown Server

Dear All

I want to achieve the following task .But no idea how to do so.Any expert pls help.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When main power goes the server should get instuct to be shutdown by considering the UPS status.(Level of the battery)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What will be the easier way ?

I've got a tool, that can be set to do exactly that installed on my laptop. I don't know the name by heart, but a quick search on Google offers this little tool, which should solve your problem.

So it's "Battery_Monitor" and works for the internal battery in your computer.Will it
works for the UPS(Uninterruptable Power Supply).
This is my requirement...

I'm not quite sure, but if you just search for "UPS shutdown" on Google, you'll find things like this, this or this - choose what you like best.
