setting up php sessions on a remote Linux/Uniux server

hi

i need hlep seting up a remote server.we manage to setup Control panle(pleks) and Virtuozzo. i have notice dat sessions is not work wen i try to open listmessenger. we are runing a php web site,PHP ver5, appache, can any one hlp me to setup dis server correctly?
PS. can i set up javascripts on the server aswel

What problems are you having using sessions? Are you getting any errors?
What does phpinfo() give you for information on the way sessions are being handled?
