IE7 Image Rendering Problem

Hi,
My web site is working on other browsers except IE6 and 7. I tried to use Chrome Frame but its just temp fix. Images are completely broken and JQuery functions not working like Search, Select and Sorting. I am using JS, Ajax and Jquery with Spring MVC in GAE. Any help ...?

without any further information its hard to give any advice - do you have a link where the issue could be seen live? or any short example to test - so that a reader could follow the issue?
