EMI Calculation

i used following formula
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. var amount=100000;
  2. var tenor=12;
  3.  
  4. var intr=parseFloat(18/100);
  5. var x;
  6. var y;
  7. var z;
  8.  
  9. y = 1/(1+intr*1/12);
  10. x = (Math.pow(y,tenor)-1)/(y-1)*y;
  11. z = amount/x/1;
  12. z= Math.round(z);
  13.  
  14. document.write(z);
  15.  
its result 9168 acoording to 12 months(360 days)

but i want to result for 365 days.for this days EMI:9183

kindly tell me how to do this.
