looking for upload applet

hi!
I'm trying to find a simple upload applet that can read input from a form
(to use with the apache server). I found some but can't make them work.
There must be one out there.

Thanx a lot.

If you're looking for an applet, you're in the wrong newsgroup.
This is Javascript, not Java.
Try comp.lang.java
