Javascript testing program ?

Is there such a program as Pearl Builder [but for javascript] where
you can perform a run and step through test on a script other than a
debugging console?

I haven't seen anything else but the Venkman debugger in Moz. (Prob get
1.7a). I believe MS also has something but ...)
