Fly Out Menus - again

Help. Which Fly Out Menus Systems are preferred by the community ?
Which alternative do you prefer ?

Apparently you cannot select down arrows and right arrows at will.

Doesn't work with IE 5.1 on a Mac. I received a bunch of javascript
errors and no demo menu.
