tell me how to blink browser in chat when it is minimized asp.net ?i tried i got in windows application but not in web please tell,m me.

I am not sure but, I dont think it is possible. There is other technique can be applied,

like creating a scroll in title, making a sound

if you want to make the browser blink, you need to code in a browser specific extension (like xulrunner on Mozilla).
