IMG dimensions

Assuming you are creating a page that *requires* (no flames please)
javascript and style sheets, is it more efficient to specify image
dimensions as html or as part of the style sheet? The images will NOT be
dynamically resized in this page.

Both if valid, but I would use the `style' attribute for an inline
stylesheet here if possible (do not forget to define the default
stylesheet language with the `meta' element then!) so I do not have
to jump from the head element to the body, and vice-versa, when
(re)defining the size. But for me the answer would not depend on
how JavaScript is used if
The images will NOT be dynamically resized in this page.
