Changing Frameset by Javascript

Do you know if its possible to change frameset details for the current
frameset by javascript inside one of the frames.

window.frames['myFrameName'].rows = 'mySize1,mySize2,...';
window.frames['myFrameName'].cols= 'mySize1,mySize2,...';

This only works in MSIE
