Closing my loaded pop-up with graphic, while using "absolute pop up box script"

P: 1
I used to get an absolute pop up box and am using popupbox.js to load my my popup when you click the "Read More" button. Another webpage is then loaded into the popup. The only way to close the popup is to click on "Read More" again but I would like to be able to close it using the custom "Close" button I put inside the page that loads in the pop up. How can I go about doing this?

Also, is there any universal way to add colored scrolling bars to the popup?

I'm a newb, so please explain things nice and simple for me. Much appreciation!!!
