how to set html page without scrollbars

Dear all,

I write a html which can display info. scrolling automatically. Therefore, I
want to remove both the horizontal and vertical scrollbars. Please tell me
such html tag, many thanks.

Two errors. It is not HTML tags you need, and even if you did, it is
not javascript either, so you are in the wrong group.

Try looking at
<URL:http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visufx.html#overflow>
and ask in a CSS group if you need help with it.
