Favourites & Homepage

I currently have a button on my page which allows IE users to add to
favouites. It it possible to change it so that It doesnt ask for
confirmation (as it already has the correct title and they have clicked).
Similarly, is it possible to put a Make homepage link as well (dont care
about the confirmation!)

The confirmation window has no way of knowing whether it was programatically
invoked or user invoked. As such, the confirmation window is there for a
reason, namely to prevent websites from automatically adding itself to the
favorites. Its a security feature that can't be gotten around (not in any type
of default security environment, if not totally off limits).

I do. As do many others. If you could supress the confirmation window then it
would defeat its purpose, namely automatically making your site my homepage
whether I want it that way or not.
