insert text in textarea

Hi

i would like to insert some text in textarea at the current cursor position
(not on the end of txtarea (not value+=something))

any ideas? :-)

try doing a search on yahoo. I found:
http://forums.devshed.com/archive/1/2002/01/3/29241 this which does what you
want, could take alook at the code and work it out. Doesn't seem to work in
NS 4.75 though but might help.
