Script tag - language version

Hi.

Does the language version change the way browsers read a script?

<Script Language='Javascript'></Script>
<Script Language='Javascript1.2'></Script>

When the language attribute is only Javascript, how does the browser
selects the version to be used?

Thanks,

Robert Scheer

Use the type attribute instead:

<script type="text/javascript">

<FAQENTRY> That (slightly expanded) is now a FAQ candidate, IMHO.
